GONG MEDITATION EVENTS

To be bathed in the multidimensional tones of planetary gongs is an experience known to awaken, renew and expand consciousness. Sooth, inspire, and nourish your spirit by aligning your being with the universal sound of OM. The harmonic resonances can reduce stress, relieve depression, and are an excellent therapy for many other issues related to body imbalance.

Please join Jen Pumo, musician and healing arts practitioner, and Sylvia Salcedo Rojas, local sound healer and acupuncturist, as they immerse our bodies with the incredible healing vibrations of the gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, tingshas and planetary chimes!
